01 How do I choose the right size?
Lay a well-fitting dress flat and measure it from underarm to underarm, then compare that width with the size guide and check the sizes available on the product page. Weight is only a supporting guide.
02 How can I track my order?
When a carrier update or tracking number is available, it is shared using the contact details entered with the order. Keep your order number when contacting us.
03 Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or carrier handover has started.
04 Will the dress colour match the photo exactly?
We aim to show colours accurately, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences. Select a colour swatch to view its linked images.
