Lay a well-fitting dress flat and measure it from underarm to underarm, then compare that width with the size guide and check the sizes available on the product page. Weight is only a supporting guide.
02 How should I measure the flat bust width?
Lay a well-fitting dress on a flat surface and measure straight across from underarm to underarm without stretching the fabric. The chart shows garment width, not body circumference.
03 Can I choose a size by weight alone?
We do not recommend it. Body shape, cut and fabric stretch can affect fit, so the width of a garment that fits you well and the product details are more reliable.
04 What if I am between two sizes?
Choose the larger size for a more relaxed fit, or contact us with your bust measurement and model code.
05 Is the fit identical across every style?
Fit and available sizes may vary by cut and fabric. The options on each product page are the final reference.
06 Will the dress colour match the photo exactly?
We aim to show colours accurately, but lighting and screen settings may cause slight differences. Select a colour swatch to view its linked images.
07 How can I tell whether a colour or size is available?
Available options appear on the product page. Unavailable combinations are disabled or cannot be added to the cart.
08 How do I place an order?
Choose colour, size and quantity, add the dress to your cart, then enter your delivery details and select an available payment method.
09 Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or carrier handover has started.
10 How do I know the shipping fee?
